Our menu packages offer both traditional Italian and Mediterranean dishes, as well as non-traditional recipes that suit any budget, any taste and can accommodate guest numbers of up to 1,000, without compromising on serving portions!

Choose from an enormous assortment of homemade pastas, antipasto, salads, seafood, desserts, cocktail and finger foods, canapés, platters or create your own menu – all freshly prepared on the day at our premises.

Whether your event is private or corporate, you’ll find a menu to perfectly complement your guest list. We cater any type of event including weddings, engagements, product launches and promotions, Holy Communions, confirmations, school functions, Aussie holidays and holidays from your homeland, fundraisers, funerals and wakes.

Take Home Menus

With our take-home menu option, you can purchase fresh quality cooked meals made daily in our commercial kitchen facilities.

This catering option is used for many options some listed below:

• lunch corporate events, delivered hot to your location
• event catering for smaller/intimate gatherings
• purchasing only a few dishes/platters to complement your own catering

All you need to do is pick-up from our premises, heat and serve at your next event.
We offer a huge variety of dishes, pastas, meats, vegetables, platters, cocktail items, desert options and many more.

Simply call the office with your order and we will have it ready for collection on your nominated day.

We also offer a delivery service to your location for this take-away menu option based on a minimum order of $250 + delivery fee applicable.

Create Your Own (CYO) Menu Package

Our Create Your Own Menu option is unique to Dominic’s, allowing you to self-cater your event by selecting any number of dishes from our 9 menu packages. This way, your food is totally tailored to your guests’ taste buds! And, you can either pick up your order or, if you’ve selected hot dishes, we can deliver your order at minimal cost.

We also provide heating ovens so your food remains hot for the duration of your function and serving platters and utensils to make it even easier for you. Our CYO service can accommodate any sized budget and you’ll be happily surprised at our serving portions.

Event Management

Dominic’s is so much more than a caterer. We’re also highly experienced in event management. As every event is special, it’s important that your function goes off without a hitch. That’s where we can really help you out. We can take care of every detail for your event including venue hire, decorations, flowers, music, marquee hire, photographers and anything else that ensures your function will exceed your expectations.

Catering Services

At Dominic’s we appreciate that your number one priority is to spend time with your guests. That’s why our catering services  include the option to hire professional staff (chefs, kitchen staff, waiters and beverage attendants) and disposable and non-disposable equipment (crockery, cutlery, heating ovens and much more).
